About Me & My Approach

I'm Suzanne, a late-identified AuDHD (Autistic/ADHD) professional with over 18 years of experience in the legal and government sectors and more than 8 years in the mental health field. My career has taken me from the courtroom as a trial attorney to leadership roles as an agency supervisor and program manager, where I oversaw investigative teams and supported staff development nationwide. I’ve also taught as an adjunct professor of legal writing and presented to graduate counseling psychology programs on professional growth and practice-building.

Alongside this, I trained and practiced as a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), which deepened my understanding of human development, nervous system regulation, and the challenges of navigating environments not designed with neurodivergent people in mind. While my coaching is separate from therapy and does not provide treatment, it is enriched by these years of lived experience, leadership, and training.

Through Neurodivergent Coaching, I specialize in supporting teens, adults, and organizations. My goal is to help clients and teams:

  • Clarify goals and values

  • Recognize and honor their nervous system’s unique strengths and needs

  • Build sustainable strategies that align with authenticity and capacity

  • Advocate for environments that allow them to thrive

  • Develop leadership, workplace confidence, and executive functioning skills

I also partner with organizations through executive coaching, consulting, and staff presentations, offering practical insight into how neurodiversity enhances workplaces and how to reduce common mismatches that hinder performance.

At the heart of my approach is a belief that neurodivergent people don’t need fixing — they need spaces and strategies that respect their authenticity, values, and ways of being.

Go Gently,

Suzanne
